How does 3Beebox work?

3Beebox can provide you with free samples to try, so you can make smart and better shopping decisions. You can easily register on our website. Let us know your product preferences, and select any of the items you would like to try, and we will start sending the right items to you. These samples are free of charge! 

What types of samples do you have?​

We carry all kinds of samples! Makeup, beauty care products, household cleaning products, health products, food products, and sometimes other great offers.

When are samples usually available?

We have samples 365 days a year and deliver them to members once bi-monthly (every 2 months). When samples are ready and if you are our member, we have samples that match with your tastes and preferences. We will be sending regular emails to inform you of our news and update you on the status of your samples.

How often can I request samples?

You can request samples ONCE per offer period and one package per user. Duplicate orders will be removed so please be courteous to your fellow members.

How many samples are available?

Sample inventory is limited and sent on a first come first serve basis. The more information you provide us with on your preferences and the earlier you sign up, the more likely you are that your requested samples are still in stock.

Do I need to pay to get the free samples?

Samples are completely free. You just need to register, answer assigned surveys and request which samples you would like to try. We will send it to you for free.

Do I have to fill out a profile?

We need some information from you in order to identify which products best suit your needs and preferences. So please fill out your user profile and answer the surveys accurately. 

Is the 3Beebox facility allergen free?

No. Like a typical grocery-store distribution center, our facility has products from various manufacturers and brands. Some of these samples may contain potential allergens, such as nuts, dairy, eggs, or fish. If you are allergic to such items, please ensure you are comfortable requesting samples from us as we cannot guarantee that the items you have requested have not come into contact with another sample which contains ingredients someone in your household might be allergic to.

​How do I change my address?

You can update your address on your profile page. Also, we will double confirm your address once you have selected your samples.

Why do you ask what products I use?

We need to know what you are currently using so that we do not send you products you have already tried. We hope you can have new experience with our samples so you can compare many different offerings to find what is best for you.

How do the samples get sent to me?

Via mail! Our delivery boxes are specially designed to protect your samples. We take care to ensure that your samples arrive in good shape.

How fast will my order arrive?

We mail out your samples within a week after you ordered. It should take 2-3 days for your package to arrive.

I ordered the samples but nothing arrived.

Our apologies for the inconvenience. Sometimes, packages can be mis-delievered. Please send an e-mail to us so we can follow up your case accordingly.

Will you share/sell my email/address?

Why was I not offered any samples?

We do not have any samples that match your preferences yet but we will have more samples coming soon. When we have samples matching your preferences, we will let you know immediately. Please keep an eye out for our notifications. We will be in touch soon!

Why do some people get more samples?

This is based on a number of factors, including your profile, survey answers as well as who our brands would like to offer their samples to. But the good news is we have more samples coming in all the time and we will notify you when we have ones you may be interested in.

What do I do if I forgot my password? 

No problem! We have a password reset page. Once your password is reset, we will have a new password sending to your mail box. You can reset your password when you first login with your new password.

How can I unsubscribe? 

We take your privacy very seriously. If you would like to unsubscribe at any time, you can unsubscribe our services by sending us an e-mail.
